1.1 Free Property Valuation Service
We collect limited personal and property information from homeowners and share it with a licensed real estate agent who will contact you to provide a no-cost appraisal. We may receive a referral or introduction fee from the agent for this service.

1.2 Property Management Services
In addition to the website, we offer full property management services to landlords under separate agreements. These services are not transacted through this website and are governed by individual management agreements.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Acceptance of Terms

4. Your Obligations

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (excluding user-submitted material) is owned by us or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to view and use the site for its intended purpose only.

7. Disclaimers

7.1 The website and valuation service are provided “as is” and “as available”.
7.2 To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable, we exclude all representations, warranties, or terms (whether express or implied).
7.3 We do not guarantee that agents introduced through the service will meet your expectations or that any appraisal will be accurate.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) arising from your use of the website or valuation service is limited to NZ$500.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury, or anything else that cannot be excluded under New Zealand law.
